TEMP JSC provides social support to the employees of the enterprise , for instance, financial assistance is allocated for surgical treatment, the following are carried out: supply of coal for heating private houses at the purchase price, free delivery of workers from the city to the place of work.
For successful and fruitful activities, healthy and safe working conditions are created for employees at the enterprise. The administration pays great attention to occupational health and safety, provides proper technical and sanitary equipment for all workplaces and creates working conditions for them that comply with occupational safety rules, sanitary standards, rules and other regulatory documents.
Workers of the plant are provided with safety shoes and overalls in accordance with established standards, and, if necessary, with additional personal protective equipment.
Those who work in jobs with harmful working conditions, are given 0.5 liters of milk on working days. A canteen operates on the territory of the plant, and there is also a medical center where first medical aid is provided.
